Hiii!

I’m Alyssa, I chose this photo of myself because this is how my hair looks about 90% of the time, especially if it’s humid out. I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio in the Tremont area. I’ve always dreamed of moving out of state near the ocean, but i’m fair-skinned and the sun just doesn’t agree with me.

When the shutdown happened, I filled my time with truly learning my camera and practicing more. I used to think I would be a writer because I loved writing short stories, but as I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized i’m not that great of a writer. I am great at people watching and observing, and I apply that to my photography. It’s a huge element in story-telling, and each part is significant in making the story your own, whether it’s for a wedding or some form of portrait.
